How to Set up an Account Hierarchy?

The Account Hierarchy allows you to link subsidiary accounts to a head office, or “a parent account”. Once linked, it is easier to navigate between the accounts, and to report on total revenues.

You access the Account Hierarchy from within the Account.

  1. From your Account page
  2. Click on one account to see its Account Hierarchy 
  3. Once you are in the account, click on 'Details' and you can see the Parent Account in it's own field. Also, you can click on “View Account Hierarchy"
  4. Then you will be able to develop or hide parts of the hierarchy. Note that you can have up to 2000 subsidiary accounts
