What to do when you are unable to reset your password
What to do when you get an error message
You’re here because you are having trouble logging into Thynk University. Let’s try to get you back in there again!
Oftentimes, students have created their Thynk University account a while back and have forgotten their password.
There are a couple ways to reset your password: You can either go into our Thynk.Cloud website, and click on ‘Resources’ and ‘Thynk University’, or straight into Thynk University using this link: learn.thynk.cloud , click into 'Sign in' on the top right.
Click on ‘Forgot Password’.
Type in your business email address and click on ‘Submit’.
Check your email inbox, and follow the instructions to reset your password. Give it a few minutes to receive your email; if you are not getting that email, your spam filter must be filtering those emails out.
If you get an error when you click the reset link that says Error: reset token failed , this is usually because…
You may have clicked Forgot my password many times and/or are attempting to use an old link (especially if you have reset it many times, those reset emails can get confusing).
Or this can also happen if you click on a link that is over 6 hours old.
If you get this error, try this:
Try waiting. Give it a break, and come back and try it again.
Try to click on the ‘forgot password’ link and follow through with it just one time , and wait for the notification email to come into your inbox (again, check your spam folder), when you receive this email to reset your password, make sure to do it right away, so the link doesn’t get too old.
