Image Size Requirements for Documents
When you create document templates, such as proposals and contracts, in Thynk, you will want to include images.
Why is Image Size Important?
It's important the images you use are not too large, or you will experience problems sending your proposals or contracts to your customers.
In order to prevent this, make sure the total size of images is as compressed as possible so that the Word Document is no larger than 1.5 MB. Of course, at the same time, the images must be of high quality in consistency with your brand.
What Tool can I use?
TinyPNG uses 'smart lossy compression techniques' to reduce the file size of your WEBP, JPEG and PNG files. By selectively decreasing the number of colours in the image, fewer bytes are required to store the data. The effect is nearly invisible, but it makes a very large difference in file size.
