Manage Permission Sets


What are Permission Sets? 


Permission Sets are useful to understand the structure of our solution. They define functional access for users to different features such as emailing, and the creation of contacts, accounts...

Only Admins can manage and edit users' Permission Sets.


How to Manage and Edit the Permission Sets? 

  1. To manage, edit or view permission sets, click on the 'Parameters'  
  2. Once clicked on the parameter’s logo, click on 'Setup' on the top right corner of the screen
  3. Then you will be redirected to this page
  4. On the left side, look at the 'Administration' section and click on 'User'

  5. From here, you can manage your permission sets, by giving users access to different features

  6. For instance, by clicking on Lobby Mews Admin, you will see the users who have permission to access it (a) and if their access is active or not, and (b) their profile types
  7. To manage Permissions Sets, you can also click on 'Users' on the left panel
  8. A list of all users appears here 

  9. By clicking on one user you will see all their Permission Sets

  10. On the user's screen, scroll down to see all their permission sets 

  11. To manage the Permission Sets, simply click on the respective one
