How to read the Sales Program Dashboard
Sales programs are used by hotels who plan events for their customers or potential customers, to showcase their property. And, if you host an event by invitation, you want to be able to see the return on your investment (ROI).
The Sales Program Dashboard is a useful report for you to quickly analyze the success of your sales programs.
Follow these instructions to view the dashboard:
Look for the Thynk Dashboard tab or go to your App Launcher and search for it there. You can use the search field and search for the ‘Sales Program Dashboard’ and click on it.
As in other dashboards, the top section shows you the filters which are predefined as a standard to show ‘all’ data - you can change them as needed. You can choose which Properties, Companies or Agencies, Booking Status.
You can click on the ‘Bookings’ or ‘Reservations’ tab, ‘Contact Account’ or Contact Booker’.
Under the filters you have summary information.
Under this there are two graphs, the ‘Time Interval of Sales Programs’ and the ‘Comparison of Sales Program Return’.
Under the graphs, you will see detailed information about the specific sales program Selected in the filters.
And as in other dashboards, you can edit it, share it, add notifications, favourite it if you use it often.
Lastly, if you have changed the filters, and want to go back to the original dashboard, click on the circular arrow button on the top left.
