1. The uses of the Groups In House Report.
2. How to view the groups that have planned meetings and what each piece of information means in the report.

Report Overview

The Groups In House report shows the upcoming groups that have meetings scheduled in a meeting space for the current week.


Report Uses 

The sales team can use the report … 

  • To review and discuss groups in house in their morning or weekly operations meetings.


How to Run the Report

To run the report, follow these steps: 


  1. In Thynk, click on the ‘Reports’ tab, ‘All Folders’ on the left side, and click on ‘Thynk Reports’. 

  2.  Find the “Groups In House’ Report and click on it to open it. By the way, after running the report for the first time, you should see the report right in your Reports tab and you won’t have to click into Thynk Reports.

  3. If you don’t see this report anywhere here, please check with your Thynk Admin. 

  4. The report will run on it’s predefined filters: 

    • Filter to show All Bookings by default

    • Filter Arrival Date to ‘this week’.


As in other reports, you can edit these filters as needed, you can export your data, and you can also save it onto your dashboard.  Please feel free to refer to our Knowledge Base article: How to edit reports and dashboards


Information Displayed on the Report 

 



The following information appears on your report: 


  1. Immediately under the group name, you will see the total number of groups in house this week, followed by the total ‘agreed guests’.

  1. Below this, you will see all bookings arriving this week.  You can click into any of the bookings if you need further information. The information displays in the columns: 

  • Start Date 

  • Function space name

  • Booking Name

  • Setup type

  • Agreed Guests

  • Start Time

  • End Time

  • BEO description
