Thynking Together Community

Learning Objectives

  1. What a Thynk Community is and what its purpose is

  2. Who is the Community for

  3. What the benefits are of participating

Thynking Together ‘Community’

The Thynking Together community is a social network like Facebook, or Instagram, but it’s only for Thynk users.  This means that there will be no advertising! We are not selling your details to anyone at all!

This community is a place for you to go to learn about Thynk, learn about future Live Events, new lessons, future product upgrades, product requests.  You can ask for and share feedback to your fellow peers if you have suggestions of how to do things in Thynk that worked really well for you.  Or if you simply need advice, go here, and create a post!

If you’re already signed up to Thynk University, and have enrolled in a course (or multiple courses), you are automatically given access to Thynking Together.  It appears on your dashboard below the courses you’re enrolled in. Click onto it and you should go straight into the Home Page.

Are there Rules?

Yes absolutely! There are rules and guidelines to make sure that everyone feels safe and comfortable - these are the pillars for a safe and healthy community:

😎 Be friendly

😎 Be helpful

😎 Share knowledge

😎 Be curious

😎 Make everyone feel welcome

😎 And have a little fun along the way!

To go into the community…

  1. Go to your Thynk University dashboard

  2. Click on the ‘Thynking Together’ Community

  3. You are taken to the Home Page, showing you the image and description.  Under this, is a field where you can post - ask questions, say hello, share insights!

  1. Under the post field, you will see upcoming events.

  2. On the left you see the different ‘spaces’, which are a way of categorizing posts, which will make it easier for you to find information. If you have any suggestions on new spaces, please let us know at learn@thynk.cloud

  3. Scroll down to see the feed! You can add replies and reactions to any post.

  1. Scroll further down to see those spaces and click into them if you are looking for anything specific

  1. So, now that you have enrolled, feel free to join the conversation in the community on your Thynk University dashboard.  Start with your own introduction - we think a human touch is important!

Best Practices for The Community

  • We love interaction!  Please do not hesitate to post here. People with a longer experience with Thynk have so much information in their heads! Let’s share that knowledge!

  • Be polite and respectful.  No question is a dumb question!

  • If you have any concerns, you can send the moderators a message through the community, or also send an email at learn@thynk.cloud.
