How to Track Invitations for a Sales Program

Tracking Invitations 

Once you have created a sales event or Sales Program in Thynk you will want to track invitations to see who accepted and plans to attend. 


To do this, follow these steps: 

  1.  To find the Sales Program, click on App Launcher.

  1.  Type "sales pro"

  1. Click on Sales Programs

  1. Click on the sales program to open it.

  1. Click on Related

Click on Related

  1. Look for the section called Sales Program Invitations and click on New

  1. Click on Contact

Click on Contact

  1. And start typing in the name of the contact you have invited, then click on the name.

  1. Click on Account

  1. Find the contact's account and click on it...

  1. Check Accepted Invitation

  1. If you want to add more contacts, click on Save & New (otherwise, just Save)
