Bookings (MICE Quotes) contain details about bookings such as the account information, contact for the booking, guest rooms blocked, function rooms, commissions, packages and more. Here are some of the latest updates to help you manage your bookings more effectively and efficiently.
Enhanced performance for quotes with a large number of associated function sheet date records to avoid issues when updating the quote stage.
Hotel rooms are no longer deducted from the remaining hotel inventory on the quote departure date.
New option ‘Impact Timing’ was added to products allowing a user to specify whether their addition or modification should update the times on the associated meeting room.
When a user specifies a new pax value, the quantities on quote hotel room prices are updated when a quote is cloned.
When breakout and/or half day are updated on Quote meeting room, price is now updated correctly.
Total quote revenue will be adjusted to not include canceled hotel rooms.
Packages provide you the ability to bundle services together to deliver unique and personalized value to your customers. To ensure these are easy to use and complimentary to other areas of the quote functionality, we have made the following updates:
Occupancy type support has been added to the quote package lines.
Updating the time value on package lines will be reflected on the associated product.
Pricing is calculated based on the package duration when the optional is updated from true to false.
Quote hotel rooms are now updated when the Quote package dates are changed.
The sale price of products included on an optional package will default to 0.
The unit price for a quote package line will no longer update when the start time is updated.
Ability to assign a meeting room to a package without a default setup defined has been added.
New clone checkbox on the quote package line to ensure it is clear when it has been cloned.
All products on a quote package are no longer assigned to the same quote meeting room when the quote package is cloned.
Dates can now be changed on quote packages and pax can be changed on quotes when using multi day packages.
You can now use the enhanced Group Booking feature to enter the room block for your quotes by room type, rate type and occupancy type. It is a good visual method of adding and adjusting your room blocks.
The user experience has been updated to allow easier data entry and understanding the allocation of rooms.
Hotel room quantities can now be entered per night.
The total room inventory is now displayed.
The total sold tentative/definite values are now displayed.
Hotel rooms can now be deleted from the group booking.
Hotel rooms cannot be modified directly by a user if they are part of a quote package.
We have renamed ‘Rate’ to ‘Hotel Rooms’ to match the related list on the Quote.

The Scheduler is where you can see available function rooms (for all of your properties) along with those that have already been blocked. You can create and manage events right on the scheduler and change your view to be by day, week, month, or even a custom date range.
We know that you have different levels of details that you need to see together so we support multiple instances of the scheduler displayed at the same time! We love the feedback you have shared on this experience so far and have made a minor update to make it easier for you visually:
Date columns are now aligned when you are displaying multiple scheduler instances to view availability and events across different resources.

Enhanced support for multi-property quotes that connect to multiple PMS.
Property and Occupancy Type are now supported when overbooking hotel rooms.
PMS Accounts are created with the correct type when created for the agency associated with a quote.
PMS Accounts of type GROUP are automatically created (and added to the quote) based on the associated quote’s ‘Bill to' and account.
PMS Block code is not modified once associated with a PMS block and custom block codes are now supported.
All available fields are returned when a rooming list is generated.
Arrival and departure dates for the rooming list are updated when associated reservation dates change.
Permissions issue for uploading rooming lists is now resolved.
Mews Rate Plan field has been added to a Package Line so that when a package is created for a Quote, the selected Rate Plan will default for associated hotel rooms.
Support for updating availability blocks was added to the integration.
Orders for a multi property quote will be sent to the appropriate property PMS.
Support for retrieving point-of-sale (POS) information has been added to the integration.
Adjustments to room quantities are sent and synchronized successfully.
