How to Remove a Package, or a Package Item from a Booking

Removing a Booking Package from a Booking

You have created a booking and have added packages and now your customer calls to make some changes.  One of these changes is having to delete a package. 


To do this, follow these steps: 


  1. Find your booking using the Global Search field at the top of your screen, click on the booking to open it. 

  1. On the booking, on the right of your page, in the Related section look for Booking Packages

  2. Find the package you wish to delete all together, move your mouse to the right on that booking package and click on the down arrow and click on Delete.   

  1. If you need  to delete more than one booking package, on the booking page, in the Booking Packages section, place a check in the checkboxes of the packages to remove and click on the Multidelete button. 


Removing a Package Item from a Booking Package 

As you know, a booking package consists of booking package items. If you need to remove a specific item from the booking package, follow these steps: 

  1. Find your booking using the Global Search field at the top of your screen, click on it to open it. 

  1. On the right of your page, in the Related section look for Booking Packages and find the booking package you need to amend. 

  2. Click on the booking package that contains this booking package item you wish to delete. 

  3. Here find the item and move your mouse to the right, click on the down arrow and click on Delete.

  1. Note that when you delete an item, this only removes it from this specific booking.  If you find that this booking package is constantly needing to be edited because the items are not updated anymore, please let your Thynk Admin know so they can look into updating it the back end.
