How to send an Account to your Property's PMS (PMS Database)?

What is a PMS Database?

A PMS Database (Property Management System Database) is a shared system used by 1 or more hotels to manage operations like reservations and billing. When hotels share the same PMS Database, when sending an Account to a specific property, it is automatically visible and available to the other hotels in the system. This ensures consistent and efficient management across all properties.

How to send an Account to your PMS Database?

1. We now have a new button that lives on the Account object called 'Send to Selected PMSs'.
   
2. Once you click on this button, you will see each PMS Database within your Organization (it will be named how your org has been setup)
3. Underneath each PMS Database, you will see all Properties that are within the one PMS Database.
   
1. For Example, if Database 1 is selected, the Properties called Hotel Paris, Hotel Nice and Hotel Lyon will receive this account.
